Kidtown Associate

Kidtown associates inspire children through movement, community, and personal attention by leading activities like arts, crafts, story time, and games in a safe environment. They are also responsible for communicating with parents and maintaining cleanliness to ensure the well-Being of staff and children.

Candidates must have at least two years of experience working with children in an educationally supportive setting and be comfortable supervising ages 8 weeks up to 12 years old. Essential qualities include high energy, patience, strong verbal communication skills, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
