Swim Team Coach

The head swim team coach is responsible for the daily operation, practice, and training sessions of the swim team program while upholding the organization's judeo-Christian principles. Essential functions include planning training routines, assisting with competition schedules, educating coaching staff, and maintaining team records.

Candidates must possess competitive swimming and/Or coaching experience along with a sound working knowledge of competitive swimming principles and the ability to develop training plans. Required certifications include cpr and first aid within 30 days, and the candidate must pass a criminal background check and authorization to work with children.
