Swim Team Coach

The head swim team coach is responsible for the daily operation of the swim team program, which includes planning and leading practice and training sessions for participants. This role also involves educating coaching staff, maintaining team records, and upholding the organization's character principles.

Candidates must possess competitive swimming and/Or coaching experience along with a sound working knowledge of competitive swimming principles to develop and implement effective training plans. Required certifications include cpr and first aid within 30 days, and the candidate must pass a criminal background check and obtain authorization to work with children.
