Youth Therapist - IHBT

The role involves providing behavioral health services, which includes assessing client needs and strengths, establishing therapeutic relationships, and utilizing appropriate interventions to enhance client functioning. Responsibilities also include serving as a clinical lead by designing, writing, and coordinating individual treatment plans while ensuring fidelity to clinical models.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's or master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field, along with an lsw or lpc license, although independent licensure and prior experience are desired. A valid ohio driver's license and the ability to travel, including visiting client homes, are also mandatory requirements.
