Home Visitor, Early Childhood Program, Wayne & Ashland Counties - Fulltime & Flexible

The role involves building relationships with families to assess their strengths and needs, connecting them to community resources, and participating in recruitment outreach activities. Responsibilities also include accurately documenting services provided in a state-Wide database and attending professional development trainings.

Candidates need an associate’s degree in early childhood development, social work, or equivalent, plus one to two years of related professional experience. Applicants must obtain home visitor certification within one month of hire and possess good communication skills, organization, computer literacy, and a valid ohio driver's license with reliable transportation.
