Floater Teacher 2026-2027

The floater teacher fosters young children's curiosity and development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains while providing dynamic support across the early childhood division (Ages 2 to 5). Responsibilities include assisting lead teachers, maintaining staff-To-Child ratios by moving between classrooms, supervising transitions, and ensuring a safe, nurturing environment.

Candidates must possess an assistant or lead early childhood teacher (Ect) qualification via education or pdis early childhood professional credential version 3.0, and a colorado shines credential level 2 or higher. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or coursework in education/Child development, and 1-2+ years of lead classroom experience.
