Early Learning Teacher 2026-2027

The teacher will foster young children's natural curiosity, engagement, growth, and development across physical, cognitive, social, and emotional domains by setting boundaries and encouraging learning through play in a safe environment. Responsibilities include planning lessons, maintaining classroom strategies aligned with 'love and logic' principles, and developing strong, positive partnerships with families and colleagues.

Candidates must possess the required lead ect qualification through education or the pdis early childhood professional credential version 3.0 and a colorado shines credential level 2 or higher. Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree or some college coursework in education or child development, along with 1-2+ years of classroom lead experience.
