- 📚 What You’ll Do
- Lead a classroom using developmentally appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Communicate with families using our parent app
- Observe, assess, and support each child’s development
- Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
- Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership

- ✅ What We’re Looking For
- Associate degree or higher (required)
- At least 1 year of classroom experience in a licensed childcare center
- Ability to pass required background checks
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
