Childcare Floater/Teacher Aide

The employee will substitute for various positions, covering staff breaks and absences while maintaining a positive environment for children. They must work collaboratively with lead teachers and assist in all classroom duties as directed.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged and be able to pass all required background checks. The role requires the physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and interact actively with children.
