The role involves providing 1

1 and group behavior-Analytic services to children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences, implementing positive behavior strategies developed by a bcba. Responsibilities also include documenting session data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and following crisis protocols.

Candidates must have experience working with children (Autism experience is a plus) and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with preference for a bachelor's or master's degree. Applicants must be willing to obtain the bcat credential within 90 days and have reliable transportation to travel between client sites.
