Registered Behavior Technician

The behavior technician will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting by following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, assisting with breaks, and maintaining professional relationships with families.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, possessing a high school diploma or equivalent; rbt certification is preferred but must be obtained within 45 days of employment. Physical requirements include the ability to frequently bend, lift up to 50 lbs, squat, sit, stand, and run.
