Registered Behavior Technician

As a behavior technician, you will teach and nurture behavioral, social, communication, and daily living skills to children with autism in a 1:1 setting by following treatment plans developed by bcbas. Responsibilities also include accurately recording progress in the data collection system, assisting with breaks, and maintaining workplace organization.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation, and must obtain cpr/Bls certification before working with clients, with a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required. Rbt certification is preferred but must be obtained within 45 days of employment, and physical abilities like lifting up to 50 lbs are necessary.
