Direct Support Professionals-Bonnie Dr

Direct support professionals are responsible for charting daily progress notes, ensuring daily care for clients, assisting with prescribed medication, attending appointments, and responding responsibly in emergencies. They work with clients on individual goals to foster the highest level of independence using evidence-Based practices.

Minimum qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 21 years of age, with the ability to read and write in english. Applicants must possess a valid south carolina license (If applicable) and be able to regularly lift 25 lbs, occasionally lifting 50-100 lbs assisted.
