The primary responsibility is teaching American Sign Language (ASL) to students in Grades 5-8 as part of the Middle School team. The educator will also focus on building student self-confidence and preparing them for self-advocacy and future success.
The ideal candidate must be able to teach American Sign Language and possess vision and patience as a dynamic educator. They should have an appreciation for students with mild to moderate learning challenges and align with the school's Core Values, Mission, and Philosophy.
