18-22 Program Teacher

The teacher provides direct, individualized instruction and case management for students aged 18-22 receiving special education services, focusing on postsecondary goals like employment and independent living. Key duties include designing personalized learning experiences, overseeing iep implementation, and coordinating related services with external agencies.

Candidates must possess a massachusetts dese license in moderate or severe disabilities, preferably for grades 5-12 or all levels. Essential qualifications include experience working with transition-Age students (16-22) and familiarity with postsecondary planning and adult service systems.
