Training Specialist

The primary purpose is to enhance employee competencies by developing, implementing, and conducting training programs, ensuring consistency across group homes and crisis sites. Responsibilities include delivering specific mandatory training, facilitating delivery logistics, and assessing training needs and effectiveness.

Candidates must possess strong presentation skills, proficiency with various multimedia training methods, and excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with employees and management. A bachelor's degree is preferred, along with at least 5 years of related experience, and the ability to travel up to 50% of the time to multiple rural sites.
