Lead Infant Teacher

The lead infant teacher will be responsible for creating a warm, safe, and nurturing environment while leading and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans for infants aged 6 weeks to 16 months. This role also involves supporting daily care routines like feeding and diapering, building strong relationships with families, and guiding classroom organization.

Candidates must meet specific educational thresholds, such as an aa or cda with 2 years of experience, or a bachelor's degree in early childhood education with 1 year of experience, or an equivalent combination. Experience with infants is preferred, and all applicants must be at least 18 years old.
