Summer Club Counselor - Lenoir City Club

Counselors will be responsible for designing and leading activities, implementing various programs such as tutoring, technology, games, and arts and crafts for youth of all ages. Key duties also involve supervising program areas to ensure member safety and fostering a sense of belonging, usefulness, influence, and competence (Buic) among the youth.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or ged, and have experience working with children, along with knowledge of youth development principles. Employment is conditional upon passing extensive screenings, including criminal background checks, fingerprinting, drug screening, and a pre-Employment physical, and holding current cpr and first aid certifications.
