The role involves providing behavior services and therapy to supported individuals, collaborating with agency staff to identify needs, and developing programming and consultation. This includes conducting functional behavior assessments, developing behavior support plans, providing ongoing revisions and training, and documenting billing notes.

Candidates must possess board certified behavior analyst (Bcba) certification or be approved as a level 2 behavior therapist through dhs. Preferred qualifications include two years of experience utilizing various applied behavior analysis methods such as skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional assessment.
