Behavior Technician BT Work With Kids

Behavior technicians will implement results-Oriented approaches based on applied behavior analysis (Aba) to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills and document their progress. This involves playing and encouraging young learners while incorporating targets from individualized treatment plans to facilitate communication and enhance daily independence.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have availability to work full-Time between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, monday through friday, holding a high school diploma or ged. While no prior experience in behavioral health is required, a bachelor's degree in a related field and experience with special needs children are preferred.
