Core responsibilities
Board-Certified behavior analysts are responsible for supervising and managing center and home-Based intervention programs and treatment teams for children with autism, ensuring clinical staff provide quality treatment and maintain all standards of care. Key duties include overseeing the full range of aba treatment services, providing clinical recommendations, evaluating treatment effectiveness, and supervising clinical staff development.
Requirements summary
Candidates must be a board certified behavior analyst or a state-Licensed behavior analyst meeting all state-Specific requirements. A minimum of one year of experience applying behavior analysis and providing behavior services to clients with autism in in-Home and/Or clinic-Based settings is mandatory.
