Resource Teacher

The resource teacher will collaborate with lead and assistant teachers to implement engaging educational programs, providing flexible classroom support and enhancing lesson plans. Key duties include organizing materials, supervising children to ensure safety and social development, and fostering an inclusive environment.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and demonstrate empathy and compassion for young children, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively and lift up to 50 lbs, in addition to passing required state background checks and meeting minimum state requirements.
