Certified Lead Infant/Toddler Teacher

The lead teacher is responsible for implementing age-Appropriate lesson plans using the proprietary wonder of learning® curriculum while maintaining a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment. Key duties include supervising children, communicating effectively with families, and actively participating in professional development.

A high school diploma is required, though an associate's or bachelor's degree in early childhood education and a child development associate (Cda) are preferred. Candidates should possess 1-2 years of experience with young children in a licensed setting and must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
