Job coach (Paid training)

The job coach will assist individuals in preparing for and obtaining competitive integrated employment by performing job coaching, employment assessment, and teaching duties as scheduled. This includes reinforcing work responsibilities, implementing accommodations, and maintaining necessary compliance and paperwork.

Candidates need a bachelor's degree or two years of experience working with people with disabilities, with preference given to experience with intellectual disabilities, autism, or mental health disabilities. A valid driver's license, clean driving record, and the ability to pass required background checks are mandatory.
