Adult Training Facility Instructor - Direct Support Professional - $1,500 Sign On Bonus

The instructor will develop or follow consistent daily routines, ensuring participant engagement in activities both within the facility and in the community. Responsibilities also include assisting in developing volunteer and recreational activities and implementing programs relative to participant outcomes and goals.

A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with the ability to work in varied and changing environments, including daily standing, sitting, lifting, and walking, with the capacity to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, insurance, and be flexible with work hours to meet department demands.
