This role involves assisting individuals in a residential setting throughout all aspects of their lives, promoting independence while providing protective oversight and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Primary duties include demonstrating good role model behavior, implementing service plans, collecting data, and supporting individuals with challenging behaviors.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma, with an associate’s degree preferred, and must be willing to work in alternate locations or extend shifts as needed. Essential requirements include professional communication skills, computer proficiency (Especially microsoft office), the ability to lift 50 lbs independently, having personal transportation, and meeting requirements to drive company vehicles.
