THD Medical Intern, Post Graduate Year 1 – Internal Medicine

The resident must devote full-Time effort to the training program, fulfilling educational requirements while providing safe, effective, and compassionate patient care as assigned. Responsibilities include carrying out clinical duties, demonstrating courtesy to staff and patients, and complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and hospital policies.

Applicants must meet all application requirements of the electronic residency application service (Eras) and must obtain the appropriate valid license to practice medicine in the state of texas prior to providing clinical care. Required certifications include bcls and acls within 30 days, with atls required if working in general surgery.
