Clinical Educator - Perinatal - Full time

The clinical educator partners with leadership to design and deploy relevant education within a specialized discipline across the healthcare system, focusing on program design, development, and implementation of clinical skill solutions. This role also involves change management, serving as a clinical skill development consultant, and supporting competency maintenance and accreditation readiness.

A bachelor's degree in nursing is required, along with a minimum of one year in staff development or adult education and three years of clinical experience, including two years in the specialty area or clinical education department. A master's degree in nursing, education, or a related field and electronic fetal monitoring experience are preferred.
