Clinical Educator - Perinatal - Full time

The clinical educator partners with leadership to design and deploy relevant education within a specialized discipline across the healthcare system, focusing on program development, implementation, and change management for clinical staff. This role involves serving as a clinical skill development consultant, supporting competency maintenance, accreditation readiness, and engaging stakeholders to address educational challenges.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree in nursing and at least one year of experience in staff development or adult education, along with three years of clinical experience (Including two years in the specialty area or clinical education). A registered nurse license is required upon hire, and a master's degree and electronic fetal monitoring experience are preferred.
