Youth Sports Referee (Temporary)

The primary duty is to officiate various sports programs for youth and teens according to ymca rules and guidelines, while ensuring a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for all participants. Responsibilities also include setting up and taking down equipment, reporting needs, and adhering to all organizational policies regarding safety and discipline.

Applicants must be 16 years of age or older and possess knowledge of the sport being officiated, with prior officiating experience being preferred. Preferred qualifications include current state-Approved first aid and cpr certifications, and the ability to respond effectively to safety and emergency situations.
