Sports Based Youth Development Specialist - Volleyball

The coach will execute the sports-Based youth development (Sbyd) curriculum, leading sessions that teach athletic skills and life skills, while coaching teams in competitions and ensuring core values are upheld. Responsibilities also include delivering health curriculum, managing student behavior and documentation, conducting student outreach, and collaborating with academic staff on student support.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and demonstrate the ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high-Quality work delivery. A strong commitment to the organization's mission, core values (Teamwork, leadership, communication), and the use of restorative, strength-Based youth development practices is essential.
