High School Social Studies Teacher

Teachers will co-Teach five 55-Minute classes in an inclusive co-Teaching environment, focusing on planning and implementing student-Centered, scaffolded instruction that addresses individual student needs, including those with ieps and mlls. Responsibilities also include managing student behavior using restorative practices, tracking progress with data, and communicating with families.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and new york state certification, with experience in a transfer school being advantageous. A strong commitment to the ud team mission, proficiency in google applications, and the ability to implement multi-Tiered classroom structures and restorative practices are essential.
