Behavioral Health Technician 2

The behavioral health technician ii supports the clinical team by delivering therapeutic services, implementing interventions like exposure therapy, and leading patient education and expressive groups within iop and php settings. This role also involves administrative tasks, patient supervision during transitions, collecting necessary patient data, and acting as the location's nci trainer.

A bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, social work, or a related field is required, with one to two years of experience in behavioral health or the medical field preferred. Candidates must obtain formal training in managing aggressive patients (Nci) within 60 days and american red cross professional rescue certification within 30 days of hire.
