Youth Development Professional - Audubon

The role involves assisting in planning, organizing, and implementing programs focused on healthy choices, accurate adolescent knowledge, stress management, and building self-Esteem and responsibility among members. Responsibilities include ensuring program activities are inclusive, gathering member feedback, maintaining a safe environment according to policy, tracking participation, and collaborating with families and community partners.

Minimum requirements start with a high school diploma or equivalent, with mandatory completion of cpr, first aid, and mandated report training within six months. Experience requirements vary significantly by pay grade, ranging from 6 months directly related experience (Level 1) up to specific teaching experience in licensed programs (Levels 3 and 4), with higher levels requiring college credits or degrees.
