Learning Support Associate

The learning support associate will provide academic and developmental support for students in grades 1–8 through small group instruction and collaboration with faculty and families. Key duties include developing lesson plans, creating supplemental materials, reviewing evaluations, and maintaining accurate student records.

A bachelor's degree and prior teaching experience are required for this role, which supports students with diverse learning needs under the guidance of the director of learning support. Waldorf training is preferred, along with experience supporting elementary and/Or middle school students.
