Grades Class Teacher (Grade 1st) (2026-27 School Year)

The class teacher is responsible for planning and delivering engaging main lessons and skills classes aligned with waldorf pedagogy while fostering students' academic, social, and emotional development. This role also requires collaboration with colleagues, supporting school community life, and directing a class play.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree and prior teaching experience, with waldorf teacher training being preferred or a willingness to complete it shortly after employment. Strong classroom management and organizational skills are necessary, along with the physical ability to manage a classroom environment.
