Certified School Nurse CSN

The certified school nurse coordinates the school health program by delivering services to students and acting as a health resource for staff to promote wellness within the school community. Key duties include providing direct nursing services, managing health problems, developing educational modifications, and intervening during school crises.

Candidates must possess an active, unencumbered rn nursing degree at the bachelor’s level and hold an active, unencumbered nursing license in the state of practice. A minimum of one year of relevant work experience is required, along with excellent communication skills and bls certification.
