Registered Behavior Technician-Winchester (Training Provided)

The registered behavior technician will provide one-On-One applied behavior analysis (Aba) therapy to children aged 2–6 to help them grow, learn, and thrive. Responsibilities include teaching essential life skills such as potty training and social skills, encouraging communication, supporting families, and accurately collecting progress data.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, a genuine passion for working with children, reliability, and a positive attitude. Applicants must be willing to obtain cpr certification, pass a background check, and either hold an rbt certification or be willing to train and earn it, with the employer covering the cost.
