You’re high-energy, reliable, and you love seeing that "aha!" moment when a student gains confidence in the water.

Experience

You have 1–3 years of experience in childcare, teaching, or coaching (competitive swimming experience is a huge plus!).

Certifications

• You have (or are willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguarding certifications within your first 6 months. We’ll help you get there!
• Mindset: You’re punctual and dependable. Our students rely on seeing your friendly face every week.

Education

High School Diploma required. What You’ll Do

• Build positive, nurturing relationships with students and parents.
• Maintain a safe, fun, and focused environment.
