Assistant Swim Coach

The assistant swim coach will lead daily training practices and coach at 15 to 25 swim meets annually, collaborating with the head coach to implement technical plans for swimmer improvement. Responsibilities also include building nurturing relationships with swimmers and maintaining professional communication with parents while ensuring athlete safety.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma and a minimum of 2 years of swim coaching experience, with 3–5 years preferred, alongside strong technical expertise and high-Energy leadership. Required certifications include cpr, aed, first aid, lifeguarding, and willingness to obtain usa swimming and ymca principles of competitive swimming credentials.
