Direct Service Professional (DSP)

The primary role involves providing person-Centered assistance and direct instruction to children and/Or adults with developmental disabilities, focusing on daily living skills, community integration, and increasing independence based on their individual service plan goals. Responsibilities also include accompanying individuals to appointments and community events, effective communication with team members, and completing all required documentation in a timely manner.

Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Essential abilities include working independently, demonstrating patience and concern for others, effective communication, basic time management, and adaptability, with driving potentially required.
