Supported Employment Specialist

The specialist will develop and support individualized employment plans by building relationships with local employers to identify job opportunities and match individuals to roles based on their strengths and interests. This role involves conducting job discovery, providing coaching, supporting skill development, and monitoring progress to ensure successful, person-Centered employment outcomes.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and possess a high school diploma or equivalent, though experience may be considered. Essential requirements include strong skills in communication, organization, relationship building, computer literacy, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
