Registered Behavior Technician

The registered behavior technician will deliver direct, one-On-One behavioral therapy and interventions to children with autism spectrum disorder (Asd) under bcba supervision, implementing behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs. Responsibilities also include collaborating with the bcba and engaging in regular communication with families regarding client progress.

Required qualifications include holding an active rbt certification through the behavior analyst certification board (Bacb). Preferred qualifications involve experience implementing aba techniques, familiarity with behavior management systems, and at least one year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities.
