Learning and Development Trainer - Spokane, WA - Full-time/Hourly

The trainer will be responsible for developing and maintaining effective, relevant training content using adult learning principles, collaborating with cross-Functional teams and subject matter experts throughout the creation process. Essential duties include facilitating training sessions, assessing needs, maintaining the learning management system, and ensuring all activities align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.

Candidates must possess a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of one to two years of related experience and/Or training. Successful applicants are required to pass both a background check and a driver record check.
