WFS Job Coach - Moscow, ID - Full-time/Hourly

The position involves providing and supporting participant assessment, training, coaching, and job readiness services, including supervising and providing direct employment services to program participants at various work locations. Essential duties include assisting with referral screening, maintaining accurate documentation like case notes, gathering productivity data, and assisting participants in achieving independent functioning.

Candidates must possess a high school diploma or ged, or six months of related experience, and must have a flexible schedule, a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of personal auto insurance for required localized travel. Experience working with persons with disabilities or disadvantages is preferred, and applicants must pass a background check clearing them of crimes against another person or arson.
