Assistant Men's Basketball Coach (2 Openings)

The assistant men's basketball coach will support the head coach in all facets of team management, including teaching technical skills, developing winning strategies through on-Court instruction and video analysis, and executing game plans for competitions. Essential duties also involve recruiting student-Athletes who meet academic and athletic standards, ensuring academic progress, and managing necessary compliance documentation.

Minimum qualifications require a bachelor's degree or three or more years of relevant work experience, with ncaa division i experience and a successful record of recruiting division i athletes being preferred. Candidates must possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, and upon hire, must obtain ncaa coaches certification and a 15-Passenger van driving certification.
