Youth Care Worker - Hope House

The youth care worker is responsible for the daily management of a therapeutic residential living environment, ensuring a safe and structured setting that promotes emotional, mental, and physical health for youth. Duties include supervising youth, teaching life skills, participating in instruction, and adhering to treatment plans and program schedules.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or ged and be a minimum of 21 years of age, holding a valid driver's license with acceptable records for transporting clients. Required skills include excellent communication, computer proficiency, patience, and a willingness to act in a surrogate parent role while maintaining strict confidentiality.
