Youth Counselor - Lehre (2nd Shift: 1pm - 11pm)

The youth care worker implements daily therapeutic programming, engaging youth in skill-Building activities consistent with treatment goals and agency models like care and tci. Responsibilities also include ensuring youth safety by developing positive relationships, understanding trauma history, anticipating crises, and using tci techniques for de-Escalation and relationship restoration.

Candidates must be able to learn and implement the care practice model and successfully complete and maintain certification in therapeutic crisis intervention (Tci), including passing written and physical tests. A high school diploma or ged is required, though a bachelor's degree in human services is preferred, along with possessing and retaining a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
