Youth Counselor - Part-Time- Swing Shift

The youth care worker implements daily therapeutic programming for youth, engaging them in skill-Building activities and documenting interactions according to established plans and models. They are responsible for ensuring the safety of youth by developing positive relationships, understanding trauma histories, and utilizing tci crisis de-Escalation techniques.

Candidates must successfully complete and maintain certification in the care practice model and therapeutic crisis intervention (Tci), including passing written and physical tests as required. Essential qualifications include emotional maturity, patience, empathy, and the ability to actively engage youth, along with possessing a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
