Substitute Preschool Instructional Assistant - Head Start

The instructional assistant supports children with behavioral, health, or disability-Related challenges by implementing individualized support plans and fostering inclusion. They also collaborate with the teaching team to document progress, manage behavioral incidents, and maintain ongoing communication with families.

Candidates must have at least a high school diploma or ged and a minimum of one year of experience working with young children. Additional requirements include a valid driver's license, cpr/First aid certification, and successful registration with the central background registry.
